Bad times are not just with you. When you see others who have faced a similar situation and coped with it, it serves as a great inspiration to you. Be one of them and join the brigade. Let others look at you and get motivated.
Join the support group and tell them you were inspired by somebody. Share your experiences as to how you dealt with your problem. Spread the word. There are so many others who need moral strength. Create awareness about the disease and show them that it can be healed mentally while the doctors are doing their best to keep it under control with their treatments.
If that doesn’t help you need some counselling. Sometimes it’s best to consult your mental care provider when your thoughts are creating havoc in your life. This one to one session is helpful too as you can discuss to him in private and can be addressed to each one of themrather than in a group.
