b. Latest and innovative treatments like Percutaneous Transcatheter aortic valve replacements (TAVR) and Transcatheter Mitral valve replacement (TMVR) for complex redo and high risk patients.
c. Offering advanced life support therapies like venovenous ECMO (VV ECMO) and venoarterial ECMO (VA ECMO) for sick patients of heart failure and ARDS patients.
2. Advocating complex arterial revascularisation techniques like bilateral internal thoracic artery and radial artery grafting in myocardial revascularization.
3. Offering complex treatment options for atherosclerotic disease like Combined myocardial revascularisation with carotid endaertrectomy, Combined procedures like CABG with mitral valve repair/ replacement and aortic valve replacement.
4. Adapting minimally invasive techniques into practice for the benefit patients and reducing early morbidity related to replacement of mitral, aortic valves and myocardial revascularisation through right and left thoracotomy and mini-sternotomy approaches.
5. Performing complex REDO operations for failed or degenerated valves and/or patients with coronary disease.
