• Started Critical Care Nephrology with Extra corporeal therapies like CRRT/SCUF 
• Started Kidney Transplant Program (including training of transplant nurses) 
• Designed and implemented management protocols, SOPs for kidney patients handling 
• Trained Nephrology nurses in handling renal patients 
• Did more than 500 hemodialysis per month 
• Performed 200 plus renal biopsies, 2 live kidney transplants, 120 plus sessions of plasmapheresis over the past 6 years 
• Started Pediatric Renal Tubular Acidosis Clinics 
• Started and running specialty clinics for Lupus Nephritis, Renal Tubular Disorders, Polycystic kidney disease and Paediatric Nephrotic syndrome clinics 
• Treated HCV, HbsAg and HIV positive patients with renal disease including dialysis patients)
