• Worked as an Associate Consultant in the Department of Interventional Pulmonology in Yashoda Hospital Hitech City ( March 23 to June 23)
• Worked in Yashoda Hospital, Hitech City in the Department of Clinical and InterventionalPulmonology (2022-2023) as an IP fellow.
• Worked as a specialist doctor under the NHM scheme for 12 PHCs under the Guntakal cluster.(2021)
• Worked in ICU managing severe covid cases during the COVID-19 pandemic for 6 months.(2020 to 2021)

Skills:

• I have undergone training in Basic life support, Advanced cardiac life support, Neonatal advanced life support, and Pediatric advanced life support in GVK emergency managementand research institute Medchal, Hyderabad.

• Performed more than 200 bronchoscopies, 50 mini rigid and flexi rigid thoracoscopies, over 20 cases of rigid bronchoscopy, and cryo lung biopsies. 100 Linear EBUS cases including lymph node biopsy techniques such as cryo biopsy and forceps biopsy and 50 cases of Radial EBUS. Performed more than 10 cases and assisted in more than 30 cases of balloon bronchoplasty. Assisted in performing Bronchial Thermoplasties, Bronchial thermal vapor ablation, Whole lung lavage, Endobronchial valve placement, Tracheal and Bronchial Stenting, management of central airway obstruction, and foreign body removal.

• Management of all inpatient and Outpatient cases of clinical pulmonology, sleep medicine, and critical care.

• Can perform high-risk ICU bronchoscopies and pulmonary interventions in ICUs.

• Management of sleep-related disorders.

• Good in teaching and has experience teaching undergraduates, interns, and junior post-graduates during residency.

Thesis and Dissertation Details:

• I had done my thesis on “ROLE OF THORACOSCOPY IN UNDIAGNOSED EXUDATIVE PLEURAL EFFUSION.”

Conclusion: Pleural effusion is one of the most common conditions encountered by pulmonologists. Diagnosis for 25-40 % of the cases remains inconclusive even after thoracocentesis and closed pleural biopsy. A study was conducted to establish the diagnosticyield of Thoracoscopy in patients with pleural effusion of unexplained origin. In this study 45 patients with undiagnosed pleural effusion underwent Thoracoscopy, 14 patients had a malignant cause, 31 patients were non-malignant and 2 patients remained undiagnosed. The diagnostic yield of thoracoscopy is 95.56%.

Attended and was an active participant in an International Conference(APCB) on Interventional Pulmonology conducted by the Malaysian Association of Bronchology and Interventional Pulmonology 2023.

Invited as a Faculty in a national-wide summit on Pulmonary Functions Tests in Yashoda Hospitals, Hyderabad April 2023.
