KIMS Department of ENT, Head & Neck Surgery offers expertise in all aspects of General ENT and super-specialist knowledge in Ear & Skull Base Surgery, Voice Disorders, Dizziness & Tinnitus, Sinus Disease, and Children's Ear Problems. The department has highly qualified specialists with experience spanning over 2 decades in the field of ENT. 

It is one of the centers doing Cochlear Implant surgeries. The Central government recognizes the Cochlear Implant clinic at KIMS Secunderabad for the ADIP scheme, providing opportunities for children from lower socio-economic strata to get implanted.
