Interventional neuroradiology is a minimally invasive method for treating vascular disorders of the central nervous system. Aneurysms, vascular malformations, and tumors of the brain, spine, head, and neck that would have required surgery in the past can now be treated with an endovascular lesion. Interventional techniques, such as thrombectomy, are useful in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients. These endovascular procedures can allow treatment of previously untreatable or difficult lesions. Our team of Interventional Neuroradiologists are available for consultation 24 hours a day.
