Work Experience:

• Managed Cardiac ICU. Taken care of STEMI, NSTEMI, Unstable angina, heart failure, infective endocarditis and arrhythmia patients. Well-versed in emergency care, including IABP care.
• Performed around 1000 transthoracic 2D Echoes, 50 TEEs
• Performed around 300 transvenous temporary pacing procedures.
• Performed around 100 pericardiocentesis procedures.
• Performed catheterization study for shunt calculations and operability of ASD
• Performed around 800 Coronary Angiograms and around 300 PCIs as a primary operator (Under the supervision of India’s renowned Cardiologists like Dr. B. C. SRINIVAS MD, DM) and around 100 PCIs as a secondary operator.
• Assisted in IVUS, OCT & FFR
• Familiar with both transracial and transfemoral approaches. 
• 80 percent of the cases I performed were trans-radial approaches.
• Assisted Percutaneous Transvenous Mitral Commissurotomy procedures, Balloon Aortic Valvuloplasty procedures, Pulmonary balloon valvuloplasty, Coarctoplasty (balloon & stent), Coronary cameral fistula closure, ASD, VSD, PDA device closures.
• Familiar with Peripheral vascular interventions like External Iliac artery stenting, Innominate vein stenting and so on.
• Involved in post-procedure care of the above patients, which includes emergency reinterventions, managing access site complications, and preparing discharge medication charts.
• Reviewing post-cardiac surgical patients upon call.
• Attended outpatient clinics.
• Counseling patients and their relatives.
• Attended death audits.
